Once you choose an appointment time, you will receive an email confirming the time and asking you to complete the registration process. Without the registration and all necessary forms completed, you will automatically lose that appointment time 48 hours before the appointment.
Please keep in mind that some clients may be more suitable for 'face to face' counseling instead of 'virtual' and others may benefit more from different methods of mental health support such as groups, classes, PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program, or in-patient). In some of these cases, the counselor's expertise will not fit the client's desired services.
Stress is a significant factor in all of our lives. It not only impacts our mental health but our physical health; And it doesn't stop there. It also impacts the mental and physical health of those around us. Therefore, our mental health should be a priority, not just because we want to better ourselves, but because we want to better those around us.
If you are wondering about seeing a mental health professional, stop wondering and reach out to someone now.
